Return Policy
Metanoia accepts returns within 7 days from delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
You must keep the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
